Slice croissant in half through the middle vertically to make 2 flat slices.
- 50 g maple syrup
Drizzle maple syrup over the two halves leaving a small amount to serve.

Place the croissants on a flat tray with parchment with a second layer of parchment above and another tray on top to sandwich them. Apply pressure to flatten croissants.
Bake for 10 mins roughly or until crisp and warm.
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ice cream scoop
Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of maple syrup to Finnish.
