"This is my dad's delicius and fudgy brownie recipe, and i'm telling you... It taste like a chocolatey heaven! This is really worth the time and effort. You'll believe me, when you taste it!"

dark chocolate (70-80%)
16⅔ g
salted butter
16⅔ g
sea salt
40 g
brown sugar
vanilla bean

an oven, a pot, a knife, a cutting board, a cooking spoon, a small knife, a bowl, a whisk, a small baking tin, baking paper

  • Step 1/11

    • an oven

    Turn on the oven at a 175 degrees C.

  • Step 2/11

    • 16⅔ g dark chocolate (70-80%)
    • 16⅔ g salted butter
    • a pot
    • a knife
    • a cutting board

    Melt the salted butter in a pot and while you're melting it, chop the chocolate into small pices.

  • Step 3/11

    • a cooking spoon

    When the butter is completely melted, take it off the heat, and add the chocolate to the hot butter, and let it melt, while you stir in it.

    • 40 g brown sugar
    • vanilla bean
    • a small knife

    Remove the vanilla seeds from half of a vanilla bean with a small knife, and mix it into the chocolate mixture with the brown sugar.

    • 16⅔ g flour
    • tsp sea salt
    • tsp baking powder
    • a bowl
    • a whisk

    Put the flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl, whisk it all together, and add the flour-mixture to the chocolate-mixture. Mix it well together.

  • Step 6/11

    • ¼ eggs

    Add in the eggs, and mix it well together.

  • Step 7/11

    • a small baking tin
    • baking paper

    Pour the cake batter into a small baking tin with baking paper, and bake it for 30-40 minutes or untill it's done (still moist).

  • Step 8/11

    When the brownie is done, let it cool for about 30 minutes, or until it's cold enough to put it in the fridge.

  • Step 9/11

    When it's done cooling off, put it in the fridge, and let it sit over the night.

  • Step 10/11

    Take it out of the fridge an hour before you're going to serve it.

  • Step 11/11

    When it's ready to serve, cut out 15 pieces.
