Ingredients

dark chocolate (70-80%)

salted butter

  • Step 1/11

    • an oven

    Turn on the oven at a 175 degrees C.

  • Step 2/11

    • 16⅔ g dark chocolate (70-80%)
    • 16⅔ g salted butter
    • a pot
    • a knife
    • a cutting board

    Melt the salted butter in a pot and while you're melting it, chop the chocolate into small pices.

    • a cooking spoon

    When the butter is completely melted, take it off the heat, and add the chocolate to the hot butter, and let it melt, while you stir in it.

    • 40 g brown sugar
    • vanilla bean
    • a small knife

    Remove the vanilla seeds from half of a vanilla bean with a small knife, and mix it into the chocolate mixture with the brown sugar.

    • tsp sea salt
    • tsp baking powder
    • a bowl
    • a whisk

    Put the flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl, whisk it all together, and add the flour-mixture to the chocolate-mixture. Mix it well together.

    • ¼ eggs

    Add in the eggs, and mix it well together.

  • Step 7/11

    • a small baking tin

    Pour the cake batter into a small baking tin with baking paper, and bake it for 30-40 minutes or untill it's done (still moist).

    When the brownie is done, let it cool for about 30 minutes, or until it's cold enough to put it in the fridge.

    When it's done cooling off, put it in the fridge, and let it sit over the night.

  • Step 10/11

    Take it out of the fridge an hour before you're going to serve it.

  • Step 11/11

    When it's ready to serve, cut out 15 pieces.
