250 ml light coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seed
4 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (for thickening)
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • Step 1/3

    • 250 ml light coconut milk
    • 1 tbsp chia seed

    Mix coconut milk with chia seed and wait for 20 mins

  • Step 2/3

    • 4 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (for thickening)

    To a mixture of chia seeds and coconut milk add unsweetened coconut flakes (shredded) and mix them well. Keep a mixture in a fridge for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 3/3

    • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    • banana

    Make layers with your mixture, peanut butter and bananas. Make sure you do this step right before serving.
