Utensils

whisk, bowl, baking dish, spatula

  • Step 1/7

    • 33⅓ g flour
    • 8⅓ g cocoa powder
    • ⅓ tsp baking soda
    • 20 g sugar
    • ⅛ drop salt
    • whisk

Poor all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.

  • Step 2/7

    • ⅓ eggs
    • 20 ml sunflower oil
    • 26⅔ ml milk
    • bowl, baking dish

Then you're gonna add the wet ingredients. Combine the mixture until it feels elastic. The dough is kinda hard to whisk. This is where you'll have to stop mixing and put it into the buttered baking dish.

  • Step 3/7

Leave it for about 20 min. at 190 degrees.

  • Step 4/7

    • 100 ml whipped cream
    • Âœ tsp whipped cream stabilizer
    • ⅛ tbsp vanilla extract

After it cools completely, you'll have to prepare the cream, where you first mix the whipped cream with its stabilizer and the vanilla extract.

  • Step 5/7

    • 16⅔ g chocolate drops
    • spatula

With a spatula, you're gonna poor in the chocolate drops and put the cream by side.

  • Step 6/7

    • 1⅓ bananas

Cut a thin layer from the cake and crumble it so that it looks like earth😉 After that, you'll cut the bananas long ago and spread them all over the caught cake. Then put the cream on it and spread all over it. The last step would be to add the crumbled cake and cover every place where there is cream.

  • Step 7/7

Put them into the fridge and enjoy the mole cake🎂
