- 350 g pollcok fillets
Place Pollock fillets on baking rack

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
Add all the ingredients starting with olive oil followed by lemon juice salt and cayenne pepper

Bake for 10-12 minutes in approx. 200°
