- 2 bananas
- blender (e.g. Bosch VitaBoost)
Peel the bananas and add to the blender.
Step 2/ 2
- 200 g blueberries (frozen)
- 175 ml soy milk
- 4 tbsp soy yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ lemon
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp cashews
- 1 citrus press
Add frozen blueberries, soy milk, soy yogurt, honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cinnamon, and cashews and blend until smooth (using your blender's smoothie function). Enjoy!
