200 g kale
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sea salt

    Heat the oven to 180 c

    Wash kale and dry thoroughly

  • Step 3/8

    Remove the middle spine

  • Step 4/8

    Break kale into small pieces onto a baking tray

    Add all the ingredients and massage the leaves well
