kale
½ tbsp
olive oil
½ tbsp
white wine vinegar
½ tsp
sea salt

Baking tray, parchment paper
Step 1/8
Heat the oven to 180 c
Step 2/8
Wash kale and dry thoroughly
Step 3/8
Remove the middle spine
Step 4/8
Break kale into small pieces onto a baking tray
Step 5/8
Add all the ingredients and massage the leaves well
Step 6/8
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes

Turn the leaves to check they are not overdone.

Remove them from the oven until crisp and enjoy them as a snack
