Creamy mushroom sauce
chop the garlic, slice the shallot and chop the mushrooms into equal size pieces
- 1 shallot
- 1 bulb garlic
- 300 g mixed mushrooms
sauté the shallot in butter till they become transparent, then add the garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
- 150 ml cream
add the mushrooms and cook on high heat till they turn golden brown then add the cream! use single cream for best result!
- 1 tbsp parsley
finish with a generous amount of pepper! and salt to taste. finish with parsley.
Goes very well with steak, lamb and chicken! enjoy
