Prepare chicken breast by removing unwanted parts and thinning the chicken. Then evenly salt the breast and add ground pepper to your liking.
Add oil to a large saucepan and heat to 350°F. Once reached, add chicken carefully and sear each side for 3-5 min. One fully cooked, remove chicken and set it aside.
After removing the chicken, add flour to the left over oil and make a roux. Then add the milk and chicken stock. Let thicken.
Once mixture is thick, add chicken back in and add the juice of one whole medium lemon. Mix well and it's now ready to serve. Add a side of asparagus or green beans and you have a delicious meal in under 20 min.
