shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)

smoked paprika powder

shallot

Crab meat (canned)
3 stalks
celery (for serving)
½ package
baby carrot (for serving)
½ loaf
toasted baguette (for serving)
  • Step 1/7

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Step 2/7

    Chop celery into finger length pieces. Set aside.

  • Step 3/7

    Slice baguette into medallion sized pieces. (Toast if desired) set aside.

  • Step 4/7

    • ½ shallot

    Dice the shallot into very small pieces

  • Step 5/7

    • 113½ g cream cheese (room temperature)
    • 16 g shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)
    • ¼ tsp smoked paprika powder
    • 60 g Crab meat (canned)

    Mix all ingredients together. In an oven proof dish, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crabmeat, shallot and paprika until well blended.

  • Step 6/7

    Place in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.

  • Step 7/7

    Switch oven to broil for a few minutes until lightly browned on top.
