Step 1/3
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- meat tenderizer
Butterfly your chicken breast then pound to 1/2 inch thickness using a mallet. After pounding out lay flat add meats and cheese. Season and wrap in plastic wrap put in fridge 20 mins. Remove from fridge and sear in olive oil on all sides. Roll out puff pastry then add chicken breast and wrap in pastry use egg wash to seal edges of pastry. Score top of pastry.
Step 2/3
Place in oven at 400 degrees for 30 mins or until internal temperature is 165.
Step 3/3
After chicken has reach internal temperature remove from oven and let rest 10 mins. Slice at 1 inch thick slices. ENJOY!!!
