Put the milk, the sugar, the coconut, the vanilla and the flour into a pot. Mix it until no lumps remain.

Put the pot over medium heat and stir until filling thickens.

Transfer filling into another dish and put it in the fridge to cool.

You can fill swiss roles, cakes, macarons or any biscuit with it. Will keep fresh up to 2 days in the fridge.
