2 slices chicken breast strips
1 sprig shimeji mushroom
½ onion
¼ green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
⅛ ginger
1 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp curry paste
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil

    • ½ onion
    • ¼ green bell pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • ⅛ ginger
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • ½ tsp curry paste
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • blender

    blend the onion, pepper, garlic, ginger,curry powder, curry paste. then add the vegtable oil together, blend until its thick enough

    • 2 slices chicken breast strips
    • sauté pan

    saute the chicken in some oil until brownish, this will add flavor to our curry.

  • Step 3/3

    • 1 sprig shimeji mushroom
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • saucepan

    add 1/2 to our blended mix and boil it for approximately 5min, then add the mushrooms and chicken to it and let it boil for another 2min and then add the coconut milk and let it boil for 10min. and voila
