Ingredients

128 g tomato sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp mustard powder
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp chili powder
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 cloves garlic (grated)
¼ package spaghetti
  • Step 1/6

    Heat 500ml of water and put in a pan over medium heat

  • Step 2/6

    • ¼ package spaghetti

    Boil your pasta for 8 minutes or until al dente. Strain your pasta and set aside.

    • 2 cloves garlic (grated)

    Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the olive oil, and then stir in the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is lightly browned.

    • 128 g tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp hot sauce

    Stir in the hot sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ketchup . Reduce heat to low and simmer the sauce for about 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened.

    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp mustard powder
    • ½ tsp dried thyme
    • ½ tsp chili powder

    Add the seasonings and pasta.
