Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix crushed biscuits, margarine and sugar in a bowl.
Press mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 22cm ovenproof dish.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla essence together.
Pour into dish containing the crust. Place in the oven and bake for 15 mins.
Lower the temperature to 150 degrees C and bake for another 15 - 20 mins.
Take cheesecake out of oven and wait till it has cooled. Then, place it in the fridge until completely firm.
Add fruit or chocolate on top to add more flavor.
