Pour vegetable oil in pan and turn on medium high heat.
In a bowl, mix flour and all spices. In another bowl, whisk eggs and add the same seasonings if desired. (for more flavor)
Once everything is mixed, dip chicken in flour then the egg then back into the flour. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees.
When chicken is done, place on rack for oil to drain. Drizzle honey over the chicken. If desired, put chicken in the oven to help the honey flavor soak into the chicken.
