Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
¾ cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Eggs
½ cup Melted butter
¼ cup Coconut oil
1½ cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
¾ tsp Salt
¼ cup Cinnamon sugar mix

    • 3 ripe bananas
    • Fork

    Mash bananas until combined

  • Step 2/8

    • ¾ cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • Eggs
    • Whisk

    Mix mashed bananas, sugar, vanilla, and eggs together.

  • Step 3/8

    • ½ cup Melted butter
    • ¼ cup Coconut oil

    Add melted butter and melted coconut oil to mixture, mix well!

    • 1½ cups Flour
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • ¾ tsp Salt

    Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to mixture. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

    Prepare baking dish with parchment paper

    • ¼ cup Cinnamon sugar mix

    Add banana bread mixture to baking dish. About halfway through the mixture, stop pouring to add a thin layer of cinnamon sugar to the batter. Add another small layer of batter on top, and repeat with the sugar. Repeat to create the swirl!

    Add walnuts and leftover cinnamon sugar to the top of batter.

    Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
