Pour the juices in to a cocktail shaker fill with ice and shake hard. Strain into any chilled glass (if you use a small glass then there will be extra I recommend using a highball glass).
For the garnish cut a slice (approximately 1-1.5 cm thick). Cut in to quarters and put on a cocktail stick and put a leaf behind it so it looked like a body and a tail. Now in front of the pineapple put a cherry on to make a bird with a head (cherry) body (pineapple) and tail (pineapple leaf).
