“Best no-bake cookies ever!! Chewy, crispy, buttery, and sweet :). If desired, chocolate chips, raisins, or any other additions would be amazing if added into this recipe. (1/2 - 1 cup) Any other nut butter would work in this recipe, including sunflower butter (if you are nut free). This recipe can be dairy free if you substitute coconut oil for butter!”

Ingredients

3 cups GF oats
¾ cup honey
⅔ cup almond butter
½ cup butter
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

  • ice cream scoop

    line baking sheets with parchment paper.

    • ⅔ cup almond butter
    • ½ cup butter
    • spatula
    • saucepan

    put a saucepan over medium high heat combine honey, almond butter and butter together until smooth.

    • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 3 cups GF oats

    stir in oats, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.

    use an ice cream scoop or spoon and drop about a tablespoon of cookie batter onto parchment paper. flatten to desired thickness. place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
