"This is one of my favorite breakfast dish. Easy to make , loved by kids too. Very soft and tasty dish. Have it with some chocolate syrup."

Ingredients

whole milk (room temperature, for thickening)

  • Step 1/4

    • bars Dark Chocolate
    • cups Fresh Water
    • bowl
    • Idili mould

    Melt the chocolates bar by using double boiler method. Note: For boiling fill idli vessel with water as required and accordingly place bowl with chocolates for melting.

  • Step 2/4

    • package Bourbon Biscuits
    • food grinder

    Grind Biscuits until powdered finely.

  • Step 3/4

    • cup whole milk (room temperature, for thickening)

    Transfer the fine powdered biscuits into a bowl and add half cup of milk , mix well until flowing consistency.

  • Step 4/4

    • drop vegetable oil (for greasing)

    Now take idli mould grease it with oil and pour 1 tablespoon of mixture following with some melted chocolate ontop and cover again with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Same way fill all idli mould in same manner and steam for 10 minutes.
