Chocolate fondant

- 75 g chocolate (melted)
- 50 g butter (soft)

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Chop the chocolate. Add the butter to the choclate, then let it melt in a Pan.
Step 2/3
- 62½ g sugar
- 30 g flour
- 1½ eggs
- 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- salt
- 1 bowl (large)
Reserve the mixture. Mix the eggs with the sugar and ad it to the chocolate-butter mixture, the salt, the flour and cocoa.

Distribute the preparation in the molds, place them on a plate, then bake for 9 minutes. Serve the fondants out of the oven.
