Chocolate chip biscotti
Ingredients
Utensils
2 stand mixers with paddles, bowl, wooden spoon, spatula, baking sheet, serrated knife
Step 1/8
- ⅛ Cup vegetable oil
- ⅛ Cup sugar
- ¼ Eggs
- stand mixer with paddle
Cream together the sugar oil and eggs
Step 2/8
- ¼ Cups flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- bowl
- wooden spoon
In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder
Step 3/8
- stand mixer with paddle
Mix into the eggs the dry ingredients and blend
Step 4/8
- ⅛ Cups Chocolate chips
- spatula
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter
Step 5/8
- baking sheet
Divide the batter into two baking trays and form the batter in a log
Step 6/8
Heat the oven to 170 degrees on bake and place the trays in for 30 minutes
Step 7/8
- serrated knife
Take the biscotti out of the oven and let cool down, then slice each log into 12 slices
Step 8/8
Then lay out each slice on the tray and put back in the oven on 170 degrees for 15 minutes
