    • cups old-fashioned oats
    • cup creamy peanut butter
    • cup ground flaxseed
    • cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
    • cup honey
    • cup dark chocolate (chips or chopped)
    • tsp cinnamon

    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the shredded coconut

    From mixed ingredients into balls (approximately the size of a cotton ball)

    • cup shredded coconut, finely toasted, unsweetened

    Spread shredded coconut onto a paper plate
