55 g flour
10 g sweetened cocoa powder
75 g semi-sweet chocolate
40 g butter
eggs
80 g sugar
180 ml heavy cream
55 g Semi sweet chocolate

    • 75 g semi-sweet chocolate
    • 40 g butter

    Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth

  • Step 2/6

    • 80 g sugar

    Take the chocolate mixture off the double boiler add the sugar mix until well combined

    • eggs

    Add eggs and mix

  • Step 4/6

    • 55 g flour
    • 10 g sweetened cocoa powder

    Slowly mix in the flour and cocoa powder and pour into a 4 by 9 baking dish

    • 180 ml heavy cream
    • 55 g Semi sweet chocolate

    Chocolate ganache: put heavy cream and chocolate into a double boiler melt until smooth

    Chill for ten minutes spread on top of the blondie
