ripe banana
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp dark cocoa powder
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1 dash cinnamon
1 tsp (Optional) ground flax seed

    • ripe banana

    Mash banana in the bottom of a glass jar or small container.

  • Step 2/3

    • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
    • ½ cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ tsp dark cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
    • 1 tbsp PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
    • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
    • 1 dash cinnamon
    • 1 tsp (Optional) ground flax seed

    Add remaining ingredients: oats, milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, syrup, PB2 powder, and cinnamon

    Stir ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
