old-fashioned oats
1 cup
low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
dark cocoa powder
2 tsp
pure maple syrup
2 tbsp
PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
2 tbsp
mini chocolate chips
2 dash
cinnamon
2 tsp
(Optional) ground flax seed
  • Step 1/3

    • 2 ripe banana

    Mash banana in the bottom of a glass jar or small container.

  • Step 2/3

    • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
    • 1 cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp dark cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
    • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
    • 2 dash cinnamon
    • 2 tsp (Optional) ground flax seed

    Add remaining ingredients: oats, milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, syrup, PB2 powder, and cinnamon

    Stir ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
