Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oats

- 1 cup rolled oat
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
Put all ingredients (except the strawberries) into a blender, and blend until combined

Place “batter” into an oven safe dish, and bake at 400ish for about 10-15 minutes

Let baked oats sit out and cool for approximately 5 minutes, top with chopped strawberries, and enjoy!
