- 2 bulbs onions
- 100 g cabbages
Stir fry diced onions and cabbage in a pan for 5 mins until soft
- 300 g beef
Then add beef slices to the pan for another 5 minutes
- 50 g lotus roots
- 30 ml soy sauce
Transfer the beef and vegetables from pan to a deep dish oven pan, add lotus root and soy sauce, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C’
- 10 g chili flakes
Rest for 10 mins and add chilli flakes to serve
