salmon fillets
180 g
rice
2½ cloves
garlic
½ tbsp
sambal oelek
1 tbsp
honey
½
lime
½ pinch
salt
½ tbsp
cilantro
Step 1/4
- 180 g rice
Preheat oven to 200° and start cooking rice.
Step 2/4
- 2½ cloves garlic
- ½ tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ lime
- ½ pinch salt
Mince garlic and mix it with chili (sambal oelek), honey, lime juice and salt.
Step 3/4
- 300 g salmon fillets
- ½ tbsp cilantro
Cut salmon to 4 fillets. Place into a casserole and add the mixture all over the salmon. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Step 4/4
Bake for 15-20 mins. In the meantime prepare some salad as a side dish.
