2 lbs ground beef
canned chili bean
canned black bean
canned Rotel
julienne onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 package chili mix
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sugar
canned tomato paste
16 oz canned diced tomatoes
beer
1½ cups chicken stock
jalapeño
green bell pepper

  • Step 1/3

    Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sweat the onions till color begins to appear. Add beef and brown.

  • Step 2/3

    Add chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, garlic, and jalapeño. Stir till combined.

  • Step 3/3

    Add diced tomatoes, beans, broth, and Rotel. Stir and let simmer for 25-30 minutes.
