"That a simple version of georgian Chakhokhbili dish. Both adults and children love it! Try it with pasta! It's possible to cook it in a deep pan or in a multicooker."

Ingredients

2Servings
red bell pepper
tsp
sweet paprika powder
onion
salt
tsp
sweet paprika powder
salt

Utensils

multicooker, sauté pan

  • Step 1/4

    • 1⅓ tomatoes
    • red bell pepper
    • tsp sweet paprika powder
    • 2 garlic (grated)
    • onion
    • salt
    • multicooker
    • sauté pan

Preparing sause: Take a big onion and chop it in small pieces. Chop tomatoes and a bell pepper. Switch on a multicooker (steaming programm) for an hour (It's also possible to prepare a dish in a deep pan). If you do it in a pan, pour a little bit of oil and put it on a slow fire. Put the chopped ingredients together in a bowl/pan, add 1/2 tsp of salt, 3 pieces of grated garlic and a tsp of sweet paprika powder. Add some water(2 tbsp) and put/close a lid. Give it about 8 minutes to cook.

  • Step 2/4

    • 6⅔ chicken wings

Prepare wings: When the vegetables are cooking, wash the wings, put a bit salt to each wing.

  • Step 3/4

    • tsp sweet paprika powder

Mix it together: 8-10 min later, open the lid and put salted wings on the tomato mixture, add sweet paprika powder on the top of wings.

  • Step 4/4

Give a dish about 30 minutes to cook under the lid. Then mix cooked wings in a sause it was cooked in and leave for another 5 minutes to cook. After that, switch off the multicooker/fire. These chicken wings are absolutely delicious with pasta. Give it a try!
