Chicken Popcorn With Red Sauce
- 250 g chicken breasts
Butterfly the chichen breasts and cut it into bite sized pieces.
- 8 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano or italian seasoning
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, oregano, chilli flakes,garlic, salt and pepper. For 15 minutes.
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp garam masala powder
- 100 g all purpose flour
In three bowls add: ( first bowl ): Add flour, gram masala, cumin powder and salt.
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
( second bowl ): Beat and egg, milk, salt and pepper.
- 200 g bread crumbs
( third bowl ): Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken into all the three bowls.
Repeat for all the chicken pieces
- 200 ml oil
Deep fry in medium heat for 3-4 minutes until all golden brown. Drain all excess oil.
PREPARATION OF SAUCE
- 32 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 clove grated garlic
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together in the list of ingredients of sauce.
