  • Step 1/ 4

    • 2 chicken breasts
    • 50 g butter
    • 50 g cheese
    • salt
    • chili powder
    • ground turmeric
    • white pepper

    Cut chicken breast in middle, make like a hole where you will put some butter and cheese inside, close the hole. Put some salt, pepper, cili and turmeric powder.

    • 300 g boiled potatoes
    • milk

    Boil potatoes, when it’s boil put some milk , salt, cili and turmeric powder and smash it.

    • 1 egg
    • breadcrumb
    • flour

    Make ready one plate with breadcrumbs, one plate with flour and one bowl with beaten egg. Put chicken breast in flour , after in egg, after in bread crumbs and again put in egg and bread crumbs.

    You can cook stuffed chicken breast in 2 different ways. First way which I done: cook chicken in air fryer 12 min on 200 temperature. Second way: in deep fryer cook for 10 min. I prefer air fryer because it’s more healthy and same tasty just before cooking spray just a little oil on stuffed chicken breast.
