Ingredients

500 g Turkey mince or your favourite meat mince
250 g Mushrooms
onions
400 ml Single cream
Salt
Pepper
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dried dill
½ tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tbsp ketchup

  • Step 1/3

    • 250 g Mushrooms
    • onions

    Firstly chop onions and mushrooms. Heat oil in frying pan and add onions and mushrooms. Fry till brown, pour some salt and pepper.

    • 500 g Turkey mince or your favourite meat mince
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • ½ tsp chili powder
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • egg

    In bowl put turkey mince, pour some salt, pepper, garlic, chilli powder, add 2 spoons off fried mushrooms and onions (from rest of fried onion and mushrooms we will make sauce), add egg and mix it well.

    Heat oil in frying pan, from mince make small meat balls and fry it from both side. In same time fried onions and mushrooms put in saucepan and add single cream, wait till star boil and then add ketchup, paprika powder and dill. Boil till sauce become enough thick. Put meat balls on plate and add some sauce on top.
