vegetable oil
⅓ tbsp
soy sauce

chicken breasts
200 g
basmati rice
⅔ tbsp
sesame oil
⅓
scallion
40 g
peas
1 tbsp
soy sauce
⅔
eggs
⅛
onion

  • Step 1/ 4

    • 200 g basmati rice

    Cook the rice as per instructions and have ready

  • Step 2/ 4

    • ⅓ tbsp vegetable oil
    • ⅓ tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 chicken breasts
    • wok

    Heat a wok and add vegetable oil and soy sauce and then the chicken until cooked throughout, then remove and set aside.

    • ⅔ tbsp sesame oil
    • 40 g peas
    • ⅛ onion
    • wok

    Add sesame oil and then fry the onion and peas until tender and then set to one side.

  • Step 4/ 4

    • ⅓ scallion
    • ⅓ tbsp soy sauce
    • ⅔ eggs
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    Add the beaten eggs and scramble, when cooked add back the vegetables and chicken, mix and add half the soy sauce. Add the rice and stir in and add remainder of soy sauce and additional to taste. Then add scallions and stir though before serving
