10 strips chicken breast strips
1 tbsp Chicken gram masala
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
1 tsp Red chili
3 leaves bay leaves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 strip cinnamon stick
125 g yogurt
1 tsp coriander seed
548 g basmati rice
4 tbsp Chopped onion
4 tbsp Fresh coriander

    • 10 strips chicken breast strips
    • 1 tbsp Chicken gram masala
    • 1 tbsp Chicken seasoning
    • 1 tsp Red chili
    • 3 leaves bay leaves
    • 1 tsp ground cardamom
    • 1 strip cinnamon stick
    • 125 g yogurt
    • 1 tsp coriander seed
    • 548 g basmati rice
    • 4 tbsp Chopped onion
    • 4 tbsp Fresh coriander
    • cooking spoon, cooking pot

    Stir onion, adding the all the seasoning, then the fresh coriander, garlic & ginger paste, adding the chicken strips then mix well, next add the yogurt.. keep cooking until its ready for about 15 - 20 mins. Prepare the basmati rice as you wish then serve the “chicken biryani” with mix nuts on the top as garnish, don’t forget to drizzle some “saffron, rose water & cardamon powder mix” 🌸 bon appétit
