150 g einkorn wheat berries
350 g chicken breasts
100 g feta cheese
100 g green beans
avocado
½ lemon

    • 150 g einkorn wheat berries
    • 100 g green beans

    Cook separately the green beans (15mn) and the wheat berries (10-12mn) in salted boiling water

  • Step 2/7

    • 350 g chicken breasts

    In the same time, cut the chicken breast in little pieces and fry them in the olive oil for 5-10mn

  • Step 3/7

    • 100 g feta cheese
    • avocado

    While everything is baking, dice the feta cheese and the avocado

  • Step 4/7

    • ½ lemon
    • olive oil

    Prepare the sauce mixing olive oil and the half lemon juice, add salt and pepper to your taste

    Drain the green beans and the wheat berries then place them in bowls

    Add the chicken pieces, feta and avocado, then poor the lemon-and-oil sauce on
