Mix half of lukewarm water with yeast and salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Then add remaining water,oil and flour to the mixture. Knead it for 5-6 minutes. Then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then add grated cheddar and parmesan cheese and also chopped parsley and basil. Let pizza dough rest for another 30 minutes.
You can make two 25cm rounded pizzas with this much dough.
You can make 2 (25 cm) pizzas . Bake them for 30 minutes in oven , 200°C.
