Ingredients

1 cup rolled oat
1½ cups cashews
¼ cup maple syrup
1 pinch sea salt (for sprinkling)
¼ cup flaxseed flour
⅓ cup chocolate chip (for coating)

Utensils

  • 1 baking pan (8x8 in.)
  • parchment paper
  • Step 1/5

    • 1 cup rolled oat
    • 1½ cups cashews
    • ¼ cup flaxseed flour

    Put ingredients in a processor or blender until smooth.

    • ¼ cup maple syrup

    Transfer to a bowl and add maple syrup

    • 1 baking pan (8x8 in.)
    • parchment paper

    Spread cashew mixture in a pan over the parchment paper

    Melt chocolate chips and pour and spread over cashew mixture

    • 1 pinch sea salt (for sprinkling)

    Sprinkle salt on top and put in fridge until it cools down
