- 1 tbsp butter
- 27½ g brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 27½ ml whipping cream

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add sugar, salt, and cream. Stir thoroughly to mix well and allow to simmer for approx. 3 – 5 min.

- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- 350 ml apple juice
- 115 ml ginger ale
Add vanilla extract to pan. In a large measuring cup, mix apple juice and ginger ale. Pour contents of the pan into apple juice and ginger ale mixture. Stir carefully and enjoy!
