Ingredients

chicken breasts
160 g
greek yogurt
1 tsp
ground cumin
2 tsp
garam masala
1 tsp
ground turmeric
¼ tsp
cayenne pepper
tsp
garlic paste
2 tsp
ginger paste
220 ml
light cooking cream
250 ml
Mutti tomato passata
1 sprig
sea salt
1 sprig
pepper
1 tbsp
stevia
1 bundle
baby spinach
1 tsp

  • Step 1/ 3

    • 600 g chicken breasts
    • 160 g greek yogurt
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 2 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp ground turmeric
    • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    • tsp garlic paste
    • 2 tsp ginger paste

    Dice the chicken & put all included ingredients in a bag with the diced chicken. Leave to marinate from 2 hours to overnight.

    • 1 tsp butter

    Melt a teaspoon of butter on a pan & cook the chicken till it is sealed and well underway cooking.

  • Step 3/ 3

    • 220 ml light cooking cream
    • 250 ml Mutti tomato passata
    • 1 sprig sea salt
    • 1 sprig pepper
    • 1 tbsp stevia
    • 1 bundle baby spinach

    Add the passata, cooking cream, baby spinach, sugar, salt & pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Naan & rice.
