    cook pasta

  • Step 2/ 12

    • 250 g broccoli
    • cutting board and knife

    clean and cut broccoli

  • Step 3/ 12

    cook broccoli in salty water for 4 minutes

    decant pasta and broccoli and let it drip off

    add onion, garlic, Parmesan to the bowl and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour it over the pasta and broccoli

    put Gouda cheese on top and spread almonds and peanuts over it

    put in the oven by circulating air and 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes
