Boil eggs and buckwheat (separately), steam broccoli (instant pot high pressure 0 minutes).
Step 2/3
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 mini cucumbers
Cut sun-dried tomatoes, onions, cucumbers.
Step 3/3
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
