    Preheat the oven to 350F (190C) and line a muffin tray.

    • ⅓ flour
    • ⅓ tsp baking powder
    • ⅛ tsp salt
    • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Set the bowl aside. Chop the walnuts and set aside.
