- 600 g jarred pitted morello cherries
- 25 g strawberries
- 25 g raspberries
- 20 g mint
- kitchen twine

Drain jarred pitted morello cherries and add to a bowl. Wash, halve, and add strawberries and raspberries to the bowl. Tie fresh mint with some kitchen twine.
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 215 g gelling sugar
Add fruits, white wine, gelling sugar, and mint to a large pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for approx. 3 min. while constantly stirring.
Remove the mint and fill boozy cherry jam into sterilized glass jars. Let the glass jars rest upside down for approx. 10 min., then turn them over again and let cool down. Enjoy!
