Ingredients

Pieces:-6+
160 g flowers
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
100 g sugar
50 g butter (melted)
egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g yogurt
Cup of blueberries
15 g butter (cool, for coating)
⅛ tsp salt (for coating)
30 g sugar (for coating)
30 g flowers (for coating)
  • Step 1/9

    Preheat oven to 180 celsius.

  • Step 2/9

    • 160 g flowers
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • ¼ tsp salt

    Add into a bowl flower , baking powder and salt.

    • 100 g sugar
    • 50 g butter (melted)

    On another big bowl mix sugar and butter until smooth.

    • egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 200 g yogurt

    Add to the big bowl egg , yogurt and vanilla extra , mix.

    Add to the big bowl the flower mixture and mix.

  • Step 6/9

    • Cup of blueberries

    Fold in the blueberries to the mixture.

    Put the mixture in the muffin templates.

  • Step 8/9

    • 15 g butter (cool, for coating)
    • ⅛ tsp salt (for coating)
    • 30 g sugar (for coating)
    • 30 g flowers (for coating)

    Put into clean bowl flower, butter , sugar and salt. Mix in your hands and put on the muffin mixture.

  • Step 9/9

    Put the muffins into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
