Blueberry muffins đ§
Ingredients
Step 1/ 9
Preheat oven to 180 ïżŒcelsius.
Step 2/ 9
- 53â g flowers
- â tsp baking powder
- â tsp salt
Add into a bowl flower , baking powder and salt.
Step 3/ 9
- 33â g sugar
- 16â g butter (melted)
On another big bowl mix sugar and butter until smooth.
Step 4/ 9
- â egg
- â tsp vanilla extract
- 66â g yogurt
Add to the big bowl egg , yogurt and vanilla extra , mix.

Add to the big bowl the flower mixture and mix.
Step 6/ 9
- â Cup of blueberries
Fold in the blueberries to the mixture.
Step 7/ 9
Put the mixture in the muffin templates.
Step 8/ 9
- 5 g butter (cool, for coating)
- â tsp salt (for coating)
- 10 g sugar (for coating)
- 10 g flowers (for coating)
Put into clean bowl flower, butter , sugar and salt. Mix in your hands and put on the muffin mixture.

Put the muffins into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
