Biscoff Oatmeal Bars

2 bowls, 2 wooden spoons, baking tin
Step 1/ 7
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Step 2/ 7
- 7½ g rolled oats
- 8 g almond meal
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tbsp chia seed
- 15 g protein powder

In a bowl combine the almond meal, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and chia seeds. Set aside.
Step 3/ 7
- 39⅛ ml almond milk
- 14⅛ g maple syrup
- 5⅓ g olive oil
- ⅛ egg
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

In a seperate bowl mix together the egg, milk, olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Step 4/ 7
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry till combined.
Step 5/ 7
- baking tin
Place into a lined brownie tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Step 6/ 7
- 33⅓ g biscoff
Place the biscoff spread in a bowl and microwave to slightly melt (about 30-40 seconds).
Step 7/ 7
Spread the melted biscoff spread over the oat slice and place in the freezer to set before cutting into 12 pieces.
