Olives without kernels
25 g
Walnuts
20⅞ ml
Pomegranate paste
16⅔ ml
Sour pomegranate juice
⅞ cloves
Garlic
½ tsp
Angelica powder
⅓ tsp
Dried mint powder
⅛ tsp
Dried coriander powder
⅛ tsp
Dried parsley powder

Step 1/ 6
- 25 g Walnuts
- ⅞ cloves Garlic
- Grinder or chopper
Grate walnuts and garlic cloves.
Step 2/ 6
- 20⅞ ml Pomegranate paste
- ½ tsp Angelica powder
- ⅓ tsp Dried mint powder
- ⅛ tsp Dried coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Dried parsley powder
Add sweet-and-sour pomegranate paste ,mint , parsley and coriander.
Step 3/ 6
- 16⅔ ml Sour pomegranate juice
Add sour pomegranate juice or replace verjuice and mix them.
Step 4/ 6
Angelica powder. Mix till smooth.
Step 5/ 6
- 83⅓ g Olives without kernels
Add the walnut sauce to the olive and stir.
Step 6/ 6
Serve beside main dishes. Enjoy it!
