Ingredients

2 spatulas, 2 whisks, rubber spatula
Step 1/9
- ⅛ tsp butter (for greasing)
Preheat oven to 355° Fahrenheit/ 180° Celsius and grease baking pan

- ⅛ tbsp instant espresso powder
- ⅛ cups chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- ⅛ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Combine chopped chocolate, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and espresso powder in bowl and set aside

- ⅛ cups butter
- whisk
Melt butter over medium heat for approximately five minutes

Immediately pour butter over chocolate mix and let sit for two mins, then whisk until chocolate is completely smooth and melted. Set aside

- ¾ large eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cups caster sugar
- ⅛ cup dark brown sugar, packed
- ⅛ cup light brown sugar, packed

Mix sugars, salt, eggs and vanilla extract

- ⅛ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- ⅛ cup flour
- rubber spatula
Sift flours and remaining cocoa powder into the mixture and add the chocolate-butter mixture in

Pour into greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8/9
- ⅛ tsp sea salt (for sprinkling)
Take out of the oven and gently let fall on kitchen counter 2 times and sprinkle sea salt on evenly
Step 9/9
Bake for another 20 minutes and subsequently take out of the oven and cool in baking tray for 45 minutes.
