- ⅓ banana (overripe)
- 20 g butter (soft)
- 25 g sugar
- ⅓ egg

For the air fryer banana bread , start by greasing the loaf pan with a little butter. In a large bowl, mash half the bananas with a fork, add butter and sugar and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add eggs and mix until smooth.

- ⅛ tbsp milk
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 41⅔ g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
Add milk and cinnamon and mix together. Then stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt thoroughly until the flour is completely worked into the mixture. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

- ⅛ tbsp brown sugar

Slice remaining banana lengthways, place on top of the batter with the cut side facing upwards and press down. Sprinkle brown sugar over the banana halves.

Bake banana bread for approx. 40–50 min. on 150°/302°F. To check whether it is ready, insert a toothpick or wooden skewer into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the banana bread is ready. Leave to rest for at least 15 min. before serving.
