"This is one of my favourite breakfasts to enjoy before school or even for a snack. If your short on time you can always microwave the sweet potato for 5 minutes instead of baking it in the oven."

Ingredients

sweet potato
2 tbsp
almond butter
4 tbsp
Blueberries
4 tbsp
Raspberries
4 tbsp
Diced Strawberries
2 dash
Cinnamon

  • Step 1/4

    • 2 sweet potato
    • fork
    • baking sheet

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile using a fork poke holes in the sweet potato and place on a lined baking sheet. Once oven is hot, bake the sweet potato for 50 minutes or until soft.

  • Step 2/4

    • 4 tbsp Blueberries
    • 4 tbsp Raspberries
    • 4 tbsp Diced Strawberries
    • knife

    Remove the sweet potato from the oven and slice in half. Fluff the inside of the sweet potato with a fork and then top with the berries.

  • Step 3/4

    • 2 tbsp almond butter
    • 2 dash Cinnamon

    Drizzle the almond butter over the sweet potato and finish with a dash of cinnamon!
